Section 55-12-128 - Matters not to be evidence in civil suits

Neither the reports required by this part, the action taken by the commissioner pursuant to this part, the findings of the commissioner upon which the action is based, nor the security filed as provided in this part shall be referred to in any way, nor constitute any evidence of the negligence or due care of either party at the trial of any action at law to recover damages.Acts 1977, ch. 446, § 28; T.C.A., § 59-1278.
