Section 55-12-131 - Driving while license cancelled, suspended, or revoked - Penalties

Any person whose license, or driving privilege as a nonresident, has been cancelled, suspended, or revoked as provided in this part, and who drives any motor vehicle upon the highways of the state while the license or privilege is cancelled, suspended, or revoked, commits a Class B misdemeanor.Acts 1977, ch. 446, § 31; T.C.A., § 59-1281; Acts 1989, ch. 591, § 112.
