Section 55-12-133 - Substitution of proof

The commissioner shall consent to the cancellation of any bond or certificate of insurance or the commissioner may direct and the state treasurer shall return any money to the person entitled thereto upon the substitution and acceptance of other adequate proof of financial responsibility pursuant to this part.Acts 1977, ch. 446, § 33; T.C.A., § 59-1283.
