Section 55-13-107 - Suit for damages sustained

In addition to the other penalties provided in this chapter, any person who is injured in the person's business or property, by any violation of this chapter, may proceed against the violator by suit to recover the damages so sustained and the costs of the suit.Acts 1937, ch. 244, § 7; C.
