Wherever the word 'dealers' is used in §§ 55-14-105 - 55-14-107, it means all persons, partnerships or corporations engaged in the used or junk car business who purchase for resale used automobile parts and/or accessories.Acts 1957, ch. 411, § 1; T.C.A., § 59-1404.
