Section 55-15-104 - Violation a misdemeanor - Penalty

(a) A violation of this chapter is a Class C misdemeanor.(b) Each day or part of a day during which a price sign is posted in violation of § 55-15-101 constitutes a separate offense.Acts 1939, ch. 200, § 4; C.
