Section 55-17-116 - Judicial review

All final decisions of the commission pursuant to this part may be judicially reviewed in accordance with § 4-5-322. The venue for these actions shall be Davidson County.Acts 1955, ch. 79, § 6; 1977, ch. 162, § 26; T.C.A., § 59-1717.
