Section 55-17-410 - Matters and procedures respecting hearing and judicial review of contested case

The Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5, shall govern all matters and procedures respecting the hearing and judicial review of any contested case arising under this part.Added by 2016 Tenn. Acts, ch. 781,s 10, eff. 1/1/2017.
