Section 55-18-107 - Violation of law or rules and regulations - Penalty

(a) It is unlawful for any person or entity to organize, operate, or in any way solicit members for an automobile club or association, or offer any motor club service, except in the manner provided in this chapter and under the rules and regulations promulgated by the commissioner.(b) Any person or entity violating this chapter commits a Class C misdemeanor.Acts 1957, ch. 157, § 7; T.C.A., § 59-1807; Acts 1989, ch. 591, §113; 2010 , ch. 1038, § 8.
