Section 55-2-106 - Fee charged for provision of department records

The commissioner and the county clerk are authorized to charge a reasonable fee for such services, not to exceed one dollar ($1.00) for each person or vehicle on which the information is requested.Acts 1951, ch. 70, § 21 (Williams, § 5538.131); T.C.A.
