Section 55-21-202 - Refueling service at self-service pumps - Price

(a) Every person operating a gasoline service station, or other facility that offers gasoline or other motor vehicle fuel for sale to the public from such a station or facility, shall provide, upon request, refueling service at the self-service pumps to a disabled driver of a vehicle that displays a disabled person's or disabled veteran's plate or placard, issued by the department of safety.(b) The price charged for the gasoline in such a case shall be no greater than that which the station or facility otherwise would charge the public generally to purchase gasoline or motor vehicle fuel without refueling service.Acts 1992, ch. 731, § 1.
