Section 55-21-205 - Penalty

A civil penalty of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be assessed against any person who, as a responsible managing individual setting service policy of a station or facility or as an employee acting independently against set service policy, acts in violation of this part.Acts 1992, ch. 731, § 1.
