Section 55-3-117 - Rules and regulations governing change of motors

The commissioner is authorized to adopt and enforce reasonable rules and regulations as may be deemed necessary and compatible with the public interest with respect to the change or substitution of one (1) engine in place of another in any motor vehicle.Acts 1951, ch. 70, § 39 (Williams, § 5538.139); T.C.A.
