(a) All revenue received as a result of any permit fee provided for by § 55-7-205(h)(5) shall be earmarked for highway maintenance.(b) A loss of federal funds as a result of any provision of chapter 953 of the Public Acts of 1982 shall render the provision void and inoperative.Acts 1982, ch. 953, §§ 9, 10.
