Section 55-4-134 - Replica license plates

(a) Any replica license plate manufactured or sold in this state purporting to be an official license plate previously issued by the state shall include the language 'REPLICA' in at least twenty-four (24) point type on the face of the replica license plate.(b) A violation of subsection (a) is a Class A misdemeanor.Acts 2005, ch. 84, § 1.
