Section 55-5-113 - Fraudulent statements in application - Penalty

Any person who fraudulently uses a false or fictitious name in any application for the registration of a vehicle or certificate of title, or knowingly conceals a material fact, or otherwise commits a fraud in the application, commits a Class C misdemeanor.Acts 1951, ch. 70, § 75 (Williams, § 5538.175); T.C.A.
