Whenever any person after applying for or receiving a license moves from the address named in the application or license, or when the name of a licensee is changed for any reason, the person shall within ten (10) days thereafter notify the department of the change or changes.Acts 1937, ch. 90, § 6; 1943, ch. 56, § 1; mod.
