(a) The department shall provide with each driver license issued a statement whereby the holder of the license may certify the person's willingness to make an anatomical gift under the Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act, compiled in title 68, chapter 30, part 1.(b) The department shall provide to each licensee certifying this willingness a statement to include the licensee's blood group and RH factor.Acts 1937, ch. 90, § 6; 1943, ch. 56, § 1; mod.
