Section 55-6-106 - Reports by department to state treasurer - Remission of moneys

The department on or before the tenth day of each month, shall report and remit to the state treasurer all moneys so received during the preceding month by the department from the county clerks without any deduction on account of salaries, fees, costs, expenses, or claims, of any description whatsoever.Acts 1951, ch. 70, § 65 (Williams, § 5538.165); impl. am.
