Section 55-7-102 - Regulations governing equipment of wheels to protect surface and foundation of roadways

The department of transportation is empowered to prescribe by regulations the manner in which the wheels of vehicles shall be equipped in order to protect the surface and foundation of streets, roads and highways, including bridges, on the roadways.Acts 1921, ch. 177, § 2; Shan.
