Section 55-7-111 - Varying locations for portable scales

Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, the portable scales and those permanent scales not on interstate highways operated by the state shall be used at varying times and at varying locations, for the portable scales, in order to avoid the establishment of any pattern of enforcement that would encourage avoidance of the legal obligations imposed by this title.Acts 1981, ch. 448, § 12; T.C.A., § 55-11-111.
