Section 55-7-113 - Identification of vehicles hauling loose material required - Exception

Any vehicle hauling loose material, except farm produce, as defined in § 55-7-109, shall have affixed, stenciled, or painted on the rear of the vehicle a sign or placard bearing the name of the owner of the vehicle in letters at least six inches (6') in height, clearly visible to a motorist following the vehicle, and an additional identifying number if the owner has more than one (1) such vehicle.Acts 1988, ch. 712, § 1; T.C.A., § 55-11-113.
