In every charge of violation of any speed regulation in this chapter, the complaint and the summons or notice to appear shall specify the speed at which the defendant is alleged to have driven, together with the speed limit applicable within the district or at the location.Acts 1955, ch. 329, § 56; T.C.A., § 59-857.
