As used in this chapter:(1) 'Autocycle,' 'motor vehicle,' 'motorcycle,' 'motorized bicycle,' and 'motorscooter' have the meanings ascribed to them in § 55-8-101; and(2) 'Automated driving system,' 'ADS,' and 'ADS-operated vehicle' have the meanings ascribed to them in § 55-30-102.Amended by 2023 Tenn.
