Section 55-9-410 - Penalty for refusal or failure to submit to lamp inspection

Whenever the driver of a vehicle is directed by a member of the highway patrol to stop and submit the lights upon the vehicle to an inspection or test under the conditions stated in § 55-9-409, it is the duty of the driver to stop and submit to the inspection or test, and a failure or refusal to do so is a Class C misdemeanor.Acts 1937, ch. 245, § 5; C.
