Section 56-1-204 - Inquisitorial power given commissioner and deputies

Inquisitorial power is given to the commissioner or the commissioner's deputies to inquire into any violation of this title, and to examine any person under oath, and to compel production of books, records, or papers relative to the inquiry.Acts 1919, ch. 170, § 3; Shan.
