Section 56-1-210 - Advisory committee

(a) The commissioner shall appoint an advisory committee to assist the department. The advisory committee shall be composed of not more than twelve (12) members who are qualified professionals in the health insurance industry and related health fields.(b) The advisory committee shall meet with the commissioner or the commissioner's designee and shall report periodically to the department on its findings.Acts 1985, ch. 388, § 3.
