Section 56-1-305 - Bond of director and assistants

The director, and any assistants designated by the commissioner, shall give bond as provided by law, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the duties of the office and for the faithful accounting of all money and other property that comes into their hands.Acts 1978, ch. 906, § 3; modified; T.C.A., § 56-145.
