(a) Members of each board, commission, or agency attached to the division of regulatory boards created under § 4-3-1303 shall receive the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each day actually spent in the performance of their official duties.(b) All reimbursement for travel expenses shall be in accordance with the comprehensive travel regulations promulgated by the department of finance and administration and approved by the attorney general and reporter.Acts 1984, ch. 676, § 13.
