Section 56-10-205 - Acquisition of securities in contravention of this part - Injunction

No vote by the stockholder of record, or any other party so entitled to vote, of any security acquired or to be acquired in contravention of this part shall be valid or effective. The chancery court for the county where the principal office of the corporation is located may, without limiting the generality of its authority, upon the petition of the insurer referred to in § 56-10-202, order the issuance or entry of any injunction or any other order which the court deems proper to effect this part.Acts 1969, ch. 271, § 5; T.C.A., § 56-3616.
