Section 56-12-114 - Tax and fees exemption

The association shall be exempt from payment of all fees, except examination fees, and all taxes levied by this state or any of its subdivisions, except taxes levied on real or personal property.Acts 1971, ch. 180, § 14; T.C.A., § 56-4014.
