Section 56-19-103 - Articles of incorporation - Acknowledgment - Contents

Any persons proposing to form any such company shall subscribe and acknowledge articles of incorporation specifying:(1) The name, the purpose for which formed, and the location of its principal or home office, which shall be within this state;(2) The names and addresses of those composing the board of directors in which the management shall be vested until the first meeting of the members; and(3) The names and places of residence of the incorporators.Acts 1919, ch. 108, § 2; Shan.
