Section 56-2-108 - Violation of Section 56-2-105 - Penalty

(a) Any company that violates § 56-2-105 is subject to a fine or a civil penalty, or both, of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) for each violation.(b) Each day in which a violation occurs constitutes a separate violation.Acts 1968, ch. 536, § 3; 1973, ch. 244, § 1; T.C.A., § 56-208.
