Upon the request of the commissioner, the attorney general and reporter may proceed in the courts of this state, or any reciprocal state, to enforce any order or decision in any court proceeding, or in any administrative proceeding before the commissioner, against any insurer arising out of a violation of §§ 56-2-105 - 56-2-111.Acts 1969, ch. 315, § 1; impl. am.
