If any provision of this part other than § 56-2-907, or the application of this part to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such determination shall not affect the provisions or applications of this part that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to that end the provisions of this part, with the exception of § 56-2-907, are severable.Added by 2018 Tenn.
