Section 56-20-103 - Obligations of insured - Uniformity

Every person insured in and by any corporation subject to this chapter shall give an undertaking in the form as the corporation may prescribe, which form shall be uniform between and by all the insured, to pay the person's pro rata share of all losses or damages sustained by any member from any cause specified in the policy of the corporation.
