The commissioner shall cause to be prepared a booklet, the subject of which shall be health insurance advice for senior citizens. The purpose of this booklet shall be to help senior citizens in deciding whether or not to purchase health insurance to supplement medicare coverage.Acts 1979, ch. 326, § 1; T.C.A., § 56-3334.
