The commissioner has the power and authority to enforce this part, including the power to promulgate reasonable rules and regulations, including, but not limited to:(1) Diagnostic categories that will be used;(2) Information that major purchasers may receive;(3) Fees that major purchasers may reasonably be charged for data requests;(4) Conditions under which data may be deemed to be reasonably available;(5) Information that must be reported and in what format or form; and(6) Any other matter necessary to implement this part.Acts 1980, ch. 876, § 5.
