Section 56-28-113 - Examination - Rehabilitation or liquidation

The commissioner has the same authority to examine the service corporations as is granted the commissioner for the examination of life, accident and health insurance companies, and has the same authority for the correction, rehabilitation or liquidation of the service corporations as is now provided by law for life, accident and health companies.Acts 1945, ch. 98, § 11; C.
