Every insurance company doing business in this state shall, on January 1 of each year, and for thirty (30) days thereafter, cause to be published, in one (1) newspaper printed in the city of Nashville, a full and accurate statement, verified by the oath of the presiding officer, of the dividends and profits declared and payable upon stocks, bonds, or other evidences of indebtedness that remain unclaimed by the person entitled to the dividends and profits.Code 1858, § 1830; Shan., § 3346; Code 1932, § 6171; T.C.A.
