Life, accident, hospitalization and health insurance companies that violate § 56-3-201 shall be fined no less than five hundred dollars ($500) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each day a violation occurs in each city named in § 56-3-201.Acts 1973, ch. 253, § 3; T.C.A., § 56-354.
