The commissioner is authorized to accept the deposits, and the state treasurer shall hold the deposits in the same manner as other deposits are held under §§ 56-2-104, 56-2-112 and other applicable sections of this title.Acts 1973, ch. 104, § 2; T.C.A., § 56-356.
