Section 56-30-124 - Review of order of commissioner - Writ of certiorari

A review of any order made by the commissioner pursuant to this chapter may be had in the circuit court of Davidson County, upon a writ of certiorari. Application for the writ shall be made within thirty (30) days after the entry of the order by the commissioner.Acts 1961, ch. 340, § 23; T.C.A., § 56-3524.
