Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to modify or repeal any law or parts of law now in force, relating to the practice of medicine or surgery, or to the practice of dentistry, or to the regulation of life, accident, health or casualty insurance, excepting as they are inconsistent with this chapter.Acts 1961, ch. 340, § 31; T.C.A., § 56-3532.
