Section 56-30-134 - Electronic payments for electronic claims by dental service plan

Notwithstanding any other law or rule to the contrary, a dental service plan that receives claims from dentists electronically may, at the option of the dental service plan, make payments for such claims electronically. Acts 2011, ch. 114, § 1.
