Section 56-31-113 - Expenses - Limitation

All acquisition and administrative expenses incurred in connection with the vision service corporation shall at all times be limited to a percentage of its total net premiums as set and approved by the commissioner.Acts 1969, ch. 118, § 14; T.C.A., § 56-3713.
