Section 56-31-128 - Subscriptions for vision care for needy - Governmental or private contributions authorized

A vision service plan corporation may, in its discretion, receive and accept from governmental or private agencies or from other persons payments covering all or part of the costs of subscriptions to provide vision care for needy and other individuals.Acts 1969, ch. 118, § 28; T.C.A., § 56-3728.
