The business of title insurance in this state is placed under the supervision and control of the commissioner, and every corporation engaged in title insurance business in this state shall be subject to the requirements of this chapter, and none other than a corporation, domestic or foreign, duly qualified under this chapter shall engage in the business of title insurance in this state.Acts 1955, ch. 173, § 4; impl. am.
