Section 56-35-123 - Conduct of hearings

In the conduct of any hearing, the commissioner, or the commissioner's deputy or duly authorized examiner, specially designated for the purpose, has the power to administer oaths and to examine any person under oath, and in connection therewith, to require the attendance of any person and the production of any books, records or papers relative to the inquiry.Acts 1955, ch. 173, § 15; T.C.A., § 56-3423.
