Appointments of agents may be revoked, at any time, by an instrument in writing signed by the president or vice president of the appointing company and filed with the commissioner, and shall be effective from the date received and filed by the commissioner.Acts 1955, ch. 173, § 7; T.C.A., §§ 56-3411, 56-35-111.
